Detailed Description

One candidate's execution terms, recorded.

For a request whose units were deferred it also binds them: it spends the pending group chain (prior_adjustment_ids, pending_total), takes effective_deduction off the resolved units and leaves remaining_after. That deduction is 0 with a positive pending_total and positive resolved units when binary64 cannot take the total off them – absorbed, and the units stand (R5 lane K-ULP5).
