Detailed Description

A group effect's deduction from a live sibling whose remaining units are known (GroupEffect::Reduce): requested_delta is the member fill's filled_working, actual_deduction the part taken – capped at before, which then cancels the sibling – and after is fl(before - actual_deduction).

A deduction binary64 cannot take off before (at most half an ulp of it: fl(before - d) is before) is absorbed (R5 lane K-ULP5): actual_deduction is 0 and after equals before, the exact binary64 result, and the member's fill stands. A deduction that is taken is positive, so an actual_deduction of 0 names an absorbed one.
