Detailed Description

A trail riding its running best.

activation_ordinal is the ordinal of this request's own TrailArm ActivatedEvent – NativeTrailState's activation_ordinal, kept in state so it outlives the journal window – and 0 for a successor that retained its predecessor's tracking (ReplaceOptions::retain_trigger_state), which never armed itself. A re-price that kept the handle (ReplaceOptions::keep_handle) keeps it: that same request armed.
