Run properties selecting the fixed version-1 descriptors (3.7:795-809, 823-831; 6:1310-1311).

E and T are unconditional. outputs selects O, V, K together; trace selects X; hashes selects H. series_slots supplies k for O's v0..v<k-1>, constant_count supplies m for K's c0..c<m-1>. Descriptor order is E,T,O,V,K,X,H; fields/types/units are exactly DESIGN's table, excluding the tag. No caller-defined schema is admitted in v1.
